The Sacramento Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) was established on November 17, 1921, by a group of eighteen women from Sacramento who proudly carry the legacy of American Revolutionary War patriots in their lineage.
As a non-profit and non-political organization, the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution extends a warm invitation to any woman aged 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can demonstrate lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolutionary War. We are honored to assist you in uncovering your Patriot ancestor. We invite you to explore our website through the links provided above to learn more about our chapter and the various ways you may connect with us. We look forward to inspiring connections and shared heritage.
